The 'agendas' seem quite transparent, imo...

A stock with a low PE ratio shows strength and would be seen as more desirable than a stock with a high PE ratio, in a VALUE aware market...yes?

OT: I don't mind bashers so much as I have problems with toxic language, in word use as well as tones. I welcome a board where distinctions are made between opinions and attacks. Unfortunately SI does not appear to make the same level of distinctions I do, and as some others apparently do. We grow up being told that words cannot hurt us, but for me I find it is not true. Words and certain kinds of word usage are damaging and toxic. Who can base a sound investment decision on some of the vituperative goings on in some of these threads?

However, I do love opposing points of view, whether systematic or well-thought out, or otherwise, as long as the vehicule to present any view is more or less respectful of others, I say bring it on. Just leave the nastiness, the derogatory tones and namecalling at the door. If this makes me thin-skinned, then so be it. I claim my right of choice :)

As it is, until spy and ecommerceman and all the rest migrate most of their energies over to this board, I will still need to read and post at both...
