Increased confidence is the answer, but who knows what will bring about that change. Maybe the uncertainty of the FOMC meeting being behind us,

That is why I don't think Greeny will raise rates 50 points.
He would rather only raise rates 25 points and leave the market with uncertainty than raise rates 50 points and give a clear direction to the market.
