I am using interactive brokers to put my credit spreads on with. I work the offer on the selling leg, then pay up for the the hedge. It is quite boring waiting for the fill and I sometimes miss the trade completely but the commission are low, $1.95 per contract no minimum. I am looking forward to the new International Securities Exchange, which starts 26th of may, hopefully the computerized option models will enhance liquidity. I look at the most liquid options list from the cboe and then just eyeball the charts.

regards

Just did call credit spread on HAL.

Sold June 55
Bought June 60 $1 credit

If the stock runs to 56 I will cover. This should mean that I am risking $1 to make $1.
