No, how about something to the effect that, " As reported in our last Annual Report to shareholders, [despite demand, AVLIS has not formalized the structure of the new corporation...blah blah blah...]" and we are here to report that blah blah blah.... Just mho based on facts at hand plus the fact that absolutely nothing has been reported on this front since May 18, 1999 can easily lead one to believe that somnething is very wrong and probably materially important.
