EIMS, no I am doing fine with TERN I was truly lucky to buy on the way down not because of the class actions but because of the market conditions. TERN is doing just fine in this down market today, you should read the news! I bought FYI in January at $60 then added at $93 and $81 prior to the split! I seek only the truth as Anthony does! He can't deal with the tables being turned onto HIM! Kimberly
