HI Mani,

How has the the production of Rhambus DRAM impacted past revenue/shipments?

How will it impact the next three quarters revenue/shipments?

Is the new 1888 gravity testhandler manufactured in the San Diego facility or the littleton Facility (how close to maximum utilization is the littleton Massachesetts facility?)

Tahnks and good luck

Bob

Mani,

Here are a few questions. If you get to many maybe another likely attendee could ask a few and if the Cohu IR group follows this Board (which I suspect they do) they can have prepared answers which would be fine also:

1) The last earnings release indicated that 58% of the bookings were in March and that April was starting off well. How are bookings looking for the 2nd quarter now they have another month of activity under their belt and they have not entered the quiet period yet? Should we be expecting bookings in excess of $100 million for the quarter?

2) Given the severely undervalued nature of Cohu stock relative to the larger cap semi-equip makers has the company been approached relative to a buyout by other company's that could offer a significant premium? Would the company/Board review these with a serious intent?

3) Does the company anticipate margin improvement through the remainder of the year given the disappointment in the lst quarter?

4) What plans does the company have planned for increased market visability. Investor conferences....specifics? Will they continue the analyst call after quarterly earnings releases? I believe they should be commended for doing this in the last quarter especially given it was a difficult quarter from an earnings perspective.

5)Any guidance they could provide on the 2nd quarter performance would be greatly appreciated especially given the negative surprise of the lst quarter.

Just a few ideas. I also like the previously posted questions on the implications of some of the newer chip designs.

If you do not get a complete answer to any of your questions a followup is appropriate. For larger company's shareholder meetings are sort of unimportant as the company's are widely followed and there are few surprises but in the case of Cohu and other smaller company's the shareholder meeting is a great opportunity for the company to get up to date information out and increase their exposure.

Good luck and thanks for going prepared!

mani,

what day is the meeting and what time it starts?

i went to the shareholder meetings 2 or 3 years ago. they held the meeting in the employee break room. most of the people at the meeting were employee i believe. keep you eye open to see if anybody from the media is there. when i went, they had a table for the media, but it was empty!!! not even the local press was there.

if you get a chance can you ask about the product cycle. it seems like COHU is developing new products more quickly. this probably will hurt margins i imagine. also, ask what market share of handlers does COHU has. also, if COHU feels TER kinetrix handler products are a threat to COHU's.

i think i read in the 10-k, their nonsemiconductor business is flat or decreasing. how about selling them and using their extra cash to buy some semiconductor or fiber optic niche company.

thanks...maybe i will see you at the meeting if i am available.
