The pr company has changed the guy who is working with VARL.
And that guy was a dead end, since he did not help me get the info I wanted. He suggested setting me up with a phone call with the CFO, but that has not taken place. Obviously they (VARL) have had these questions before, and are tired of it. BUMMER! If we all busted their BALLS a little on the issue, I am sure that they would begin to understand that the issue matters, that they are making good money, but the float and shares outstanding is being diluted enough that it is having a material effect on earnings.

The only positive spin I can see is that dilution is less (relatively speaking in comparison to the first runup to 39) of a factor going forward, but it still is there nonetheless. Everything else about this stock seems fine, except the dilution.
