It looks to me like you're mangling badly something Cheryl said. Maybe you want to direct me to what was actually posted before asking me to comment? It comes from her old "MSFT doesn't make the computer so the OS should be in the public domain but Sun owns both the hardware and software so they can sell it however they want" argument days. And I guess it was months ago and not weeks ago.
