I know in the Bay Area we are seeing the direct effects of inflation. Every other day it seems someone is on strike demanding more wages. Rent, Housing, even fruits and veggies have gone up the last few months. I know a owner of a gift shop at a thriving mall who is planning on closing her store as she just can't get the help she needs to run the store. Every one is lining up to work for dot coms in the hope of striking it rich. The employment situation for business here is scary as they are just not bieng able to find people. Anindo
