Frost reiterates coverage of WG at Strong Buy, price target $16.00.

I bought some WG today at 5 5/16. Several stocks were near or reached my initial target prices last week when I was on vacation, but this is a buy on the dips and hold market. It is a good thing I was gone, or I may have sold a few stocks that are all higher today.

We are still early in the recovery on the oil sector. Many of the stocks that we bought when they were way under valued, have now reached fair value. The one thing that we over look is that the market always over reacts in both directions, and we are now starting to see the pendulum swing back in our direction.

This sector is just way to strong to be selling into now. We should continue to see rotation from other sectors due to the prospects for both higher interest rates and higher inflation.

The oil and gas sector is ignoring bad news and responding positively to any good news. Many stocks closed today at their high for the day.

You might label me a hog, but it's a great time to be in the patch and hope to enjoy it awhile longer.

Jim

Michael,

PETD looked good to me, VBG! After another foray (profitable, but big profits another day, sigh) into the gold stocks, I was sitting with near 70% cash. Great time for laggards so I bought PETD and a couple others, even RRC (had to hold my nose on that one, but that stinky stuff grows nice flowers).

Still have cash, just in case. Will likely be 10% or more gold stocks again soon, also.

Best Regards,

Roebear
