Yes, thery bring the stocks on, like VIXL, CHRD, or recently HSAC & DVNT. To close Bought several different stocks who traded up. CICI, PMCO amongst them. Only one emerged, it was PMCO.

OPAY is driving too fast. But then it catched itself at 5.5 and trades up since. When history repeats itself, next leg is 7ish.

How much is the float of this stock??? 2.1 Mill, not possible. Stocks with 400MM shares in the float are easier to move...tsk.

Slow...some resistance at 6.5
