I'm not quite sure which shape any litigation would take but, yes, I do think there will be motions for preliminary injunctions, etc., on both sides.

As for italicizing or bold face, you preface the marked passage with a "<*>" and finish is with a "</*>" (using as * an "i" for an italics command and a "b" for a boldface command). That's about as far as my knowledge of html markup language goes.
