Ray - I agree that there is no limit to the avarice of Lawyers, and that real liability has little to do with there they set their targets - it's more like who has the money.

I think Win2K was a major effort to get out from under much of the legacy of DOS. Unfortunately, it does require that a lot of older stuff be abandoned, which will delay rapid acceptance by many end users - thus "Millennium" (or Windows ME as I guess it is now known).
