Well anything under 3000 would be bearish indeed. Following, the Barron's article this week end on CSCO it does look like some of the high flyers are susceptible now to the same criticism that did not work 3 months ago.

Selling a carefully designed leap based straddle might be a smart move. However, RMBS options liquidity is not as good as in the bigger cap stocks. It might make some sense to do a straddle on QQQ or the S$P especially if volatility rises.
