Hi brec,
The Manning Rule is the NASDAQ limit order protection rule (IM-2110-2); it prevents a NASD member from trading ahead of a customer's limit order.


Then it should not be a valid reason for not filling a market order (only filling 200 of 1K shares)? Thanks...Best of luck, Where'd He Go?
