I think Palm will see some short-term pressure because

1. the no. of shares of Palm that can be traded in the open market will increase significantly in two months' time

2. and they still have to suppress the price of Palm in order for coms to catch up.

After said that, I think coms should rise quickly to have the gap narrow down. It's time for Palm to show some strength to sustain the $30-$40 price level. I think they 'll at least get Palm back to $42 - trading below ipo price is no good to the reputation of the 4 big underwritters. I think coms should go back to $60 to be reasonable.

u can short it from 50s and cover it in 40s after the hype :). W/o PALM, COMS is dead, and a great short.
