I just don't think much of it. If you look at press releases during that time period, it doesn't seem to me that they're lying about the potential risks. This isn't some BB where they're not reporting and doing a reverse-merger every two seconds. You've been around Ghopper, and we've both seen a lot of these suits. To me they amount to "I lost my money because I made a bad choice on my entry-point, give me my money back." I've lost money, but I tried to learn from it and move on. This is the stock market. Will it adversely affect the stock price? I'm sure smart Ahold management will either get this thrown out, or reach a mutually agreeable resolution. News of either of these should help the price a little, but most of these suits never go farther than that.
