Having 100% agreements makes for a "stepford" thread and 'yes' people. Debate and varying opinion make for spice and pro-con viewpoints give you points to ponder. Neither Doug's view or mine are clouded by 'agendas' or 'paying parties' etc, unlike a lot of financial magazines or brokerage weekly reports ( I get two every week so I pretty much now what they are spouting). Its our own unbiased opinion and that's what makes it good to see both sides.
