amir, but that can't be true b/c the experts say so ;-)

i experience all of the above, but i still need my sleep. i'm sure the biochemical mechanism for sleep is as fascinating as the rest of the human body. i need about 8 hrs. 6 hrs and i'm toast. burnt toast.
