when I called in, my balance was so far off, at first they laughed. told me to send an email, there was no phone access for balance info personnel... not very reassuring. I got an email that said the mistake was due to 'human error' at 2pm today. the balance would be corrected by market open tomorrow. with a mistake of this magnitude, I would think someone just might have worked late tonight to fix the account data, considering all the ramifications of this large an error. saw one guy in the chat room saying he had too much money in his account... well now, we just can imagine how many times that happened today, without any comments offered...
