I think we agree with that. But what if all they need to do to bring the price up in line with it fair value, is a little more promotion or change their strategy on El Sauzal.

These are not improvments in market conditions, but simply things the company has entirely under its control. What if FGX management decides to ask only $120 millions for El Sauzal instead of $200 millions? What if they higher a PR person, build a website, buy press coverage in some of the big newsletters? No doubt, the price would rise very rapidly. And then we would say the stock was undervalued at $5.50.

I agree with Russwinter. The small cap market is not always eficient. I suggest to you that FGX stock will prove it way before the first drill hole on Marlin is out.
