Usially out of corrections like this I look for the small stocks to come out first. if you look at Russel, it has definitivly bottomed. The small Techs with good earnings will be the first to bounce, they were the first to get whacked. I would look at DITC as a good example. As for Big tech NOK, ERICY are hanging tough. It always looks bleakest before the dawn. I expect naz 3000-3300 area. If it holds I expect a 30% retrace back. I then expect retst in OCTOBER. I will play the bounce. I would focus On telecom and Pharmaceutical stocks to be the next leaders in Big cap. QCOM, WCOM, AMGN, etc. Those areas have such good fundimentals they will be tough to keep down. Boomers are aging, and Telecom is in a renessaince. There was a time the phone companies would be a safe haven in bad times. Why, because phones are NOT a luxury. In most of the world Cell phones are replacing antiquated old networks. This will continue with or without a recession. The market needs a year hiatus and a 30-40% retracement. Thats what we will get. The world will not end, and the Naz aint going to 2500. The fundimentals, and demographics are to favorable. Booms and busts in America are as regular as nights and days. We will have a Panic and then it will be business as usiall.
