They have definitely been cleaning up their capital structure. This fact, along with the increase in their production capacity, may indicate that something is up.
Time will tell. I'm still holding a few shares.

LPTHA---looks to me like something is going on-----but there is really light vol. today.Not much buying or selling.Still long for me.

Rande, Could the LPHTA news be related to a NNM listing? Does LightPath meet NNM listing requirements and are they moving towards a NNM listing?
