Mr. Levine never called back...but i did just get a call from Enrique Dillon....ceo of nexland.....tells me: registration staement has been filed Propectus on nexland will be sent out soon Letter explaining how to go about converting class a warrants will also be sent out conversion must be done by june 30, 2000 i've never converted warrants before...but Mr. Dillon said that conversion process involves sending them the certificates with the cash and the transfer agent send out the stock....something along that line anyhow....actual process will be explained in the aforementioned letter... seems a no brainer for $1 comments? rfb
