Me, too. <g>

I heard a variation of an old Wall Street aphorism on TV last night: "Don't try to catch a falling piano." <gg>

Ellison Backs Another Microsoft Competitor
By Lisa DiCarlo

Ellison and pal Scott McNealy, chief executive officer of Sun Microsystems (Nasdaq: SUNW - news), have made it their business (usually through biting shtick at large industry conferences or press gatherings) to ridicule Gates and denounce every product ever built by Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT - news).

An arguably noble endeavor, but it has degenerated into a ``pissing contest'' that has lost sight of what the consumer really needs, according to Roger Kay of International Data Corp.

These guys are ``peripherally concerned with the end-user experience but only insofar as it aids their Machiavellian games,'' he says.
