What will kickstart CTXS shares.

I believe that there are a couple of reasons why CTXS is slowly dropping.

1. The whole market is jittery because of the Fed and jittery people don't buy shares. They especially are not buying shares of dot.coms and they perceive CTXS as being a dot.com. The rather large drops on relatively low volumes are a symptom of this. Maybe CTXS needs to tell people what they do. Clearly they are not a retail dot.com!

2. The whole MSFT fiasco is having the unintended effect of causing lots of damage to a whole bunch of companies including CTXS. At the "Hardware Heaven Conference" (Merrill Lynch)Scott McNeely of SUNW said late last week in as many words that "MSFT has been neutralized". I wish Judge Jackson would have been at the conference. The DOJ has made a huge mistake in expanding the case beyond the original browser issue.

Having pointed out these two drags on the CTXS stock, it is worth mentioning that if one or both of these are resolved CTXS may recover very very quickly. I hope SUNW or ORCL don't find the price of CTXS too attractive to buy it lock stock and barrel.
