You can sell an equal no. of May calls against those 65's and forget about them while away as both sides will be exercised (you should inform your broker that you wish to exercise both sides upon expiry, just in case one side is within the broker's tolerance range on closing) and the shares you receive will be delivered to the purchaser...You'll be charged both commissions, though!
