Technically, hydrocephalus would be a more appropriate description. Then good brain tissue would be replaced with fluid. This might have been the condition he was shooting for!

THAT'S IT! I have a 3" slice on my forward from a skag hitting me about 5 years ago...about the same time I was digging that building on Lusk...had a Q in its name.

Never made the connection before.
