To keep COMS or not to keep COMS, that is the question.

The problem is, the more radical EB's restructuring the less investors can be sure about future company performance -- at least until a few quarters have gone by. One example: we don't even know what the "kitchen appliance" is, much less how well it will sell or what margins the company may be expecting. Therefore, the decision to keep (or sell) COMS at the moment looks more like an act of faith (or lack of it) than a calculated strategy. Surely, COMS appreciates this. Between now and June 27, I would expect the company will be doing all it can to put out as much fundamental information as possible so investors will be encouraged to make a reasoned decision to stay with COMS. Time will tell if it's enough.
