I would support POS designation for MER.

In order for MER to be THE POS, as opposed to POS6 or some such, you would need to submit sufficent documentation to the POS Committee, which would include but not be limited to:

(1) Inexplicable price movements during options expiration week;
(2) Egregious tape painting [minimum movement - plus or minus 5 points on 100 share trade];
(3) Significant losses relating to put purchases, spread over several expirations and involving at least 5 other thread members;
(4) Delayed NYSE opening at least 5 times a month; and finally, most important;
(5) A history of touting on BubbleVision by the one and only Maria.

As you can see, its a standard few stocks can measure up to.
