What a convoluted piece of spaghetti logic. It would seem Mr. Phillips either took some collateral damage to his coconut during one of those war assignments, or is suffering from a big lump in his wallet from the GSM proponents. Is this supposed to pass for journalism somewhere, or is this a position piece/editorial?

With over 8 different wireless co's operating PCS and cellular operations in Brazil, I don't understand how a rational person could argue for GSM. Given that Vesper, CETERP, Global Telecom, Megatel, Telebahia, Telefonica, Telebrasilia, and Telefonica de Espana are all operating these CDMA networks, the future of GSM in Brazil is slim to none.
