It's a bummer, all right. But I'm starting to think it's due at least in part to that Reuters story about the copyright ruling. There was a much more balanced (IMHO) story on that topic earlier, that put it in context of what had already been ruled in the case. If I knew for sure that the disproportionate drop in SUNW was due to a misunderstanding of the ruling, I'd be inclined to load up.

I could still trade my SUNW shares for MSFT and change, which I couldn't do a couple of months ago.

But that's JMHO.
