Depends on the medium. The continuum isn't bound to c although 20th century physics thought so. So what in the continuum travels faster than c? Gravitons. Rather, the gravitic field, since there is no graviton. Can't quantize gravity because it's resolution is inside the Compton wavelength. The gravitic field does not propagate at infinity though. It travels at something like 10^18 x c.
