Let me make this clear, I believe and many would agree that announcing earnings before charges and costs is fraud..I believe it ..we used to have a standard that all earnings had to be released on a fully diluted basis including all charges and costs ,now its "in " to announce numberss excluding charges and " proforma " numbers all these numbers are BS.

The only real numbers are the " Fully Diluted Kind "

All the tech stocks use these crappy fraudulent standards now..Its not just CSCO..

Go back to the standard that we all know ,,,instead of trying to fool the public by qualifying the numnbers every qtr...

What a joke..Thank You NASDAQ for continuing the fraud.
