This thread is like a broken record. Way back when I was a lurker and long on CSCO I remember seeing this happen (I was long CSCO from 1997 to 2000). Every time a bear with good arguments posted on this thread he/she was attacked. When that person tried to mount a defense the entire fiasco was pinned on the bear. You should go back and read the posts that led up to this. I'm sure you mean well in your post and I have apparently vilified myself in your eyes. From my end of the net it doesn't look quite the same.

I no longer believe that CSCO's share price can appreciate as it has in the past and there are serious risks in being long the stock at this point. These risks have been detailed over the past few weeks by myself and others. There has never been a worse time to be long CSCO.

What is my interest in all of this? None. Believe it or not, I have ZERO long or short interest in CSCO. I do play the index options occasionally and I have been known to buy puts on the NDX. My only interest is in the discovery of the truth. Although some posts have been silly and way off topic, they have always been in response to some ridiculous post. Isn't it better to just not respond, you ask. Yes and no. Yes because by responding you lower yourself to the level of Gary or Zoltan or whoever it is, No because these people are self-proclaimed experts who make serious misstatements and borer on telling lies to defend their decision to be long CSCO. I will admit to having behaved badly recently. Although some longs are equally as guilty, there will be no similar admission from them. Go back and read the analysis that was completed before the 3rd graders took over the discussion.

Believe it or not, this very 'betting' fiasco has occurred many time in the past on this thread. I wouldn't be surprised if Gary has been the perpetrator of the game on more than one occasion. And, guess what, he always "wins". Don't get caught up with these yahoos.

Thank you, best of luck.
