I'm hearing on RB that this deal is in 2 parts and that this first part is the smaller of the 2. Anyone know if there is any truth to that? Also, will the float be 1m for the next year because of the new shares being restricted? Sorry to bug you with all the questions, but I don't trust anything I read on RB.

CCCZ my math works the same as yours, but I'm not sure what they have after the consolidation and dilution.

Then they still have to come up with $11,000,000 to buy 70% of B&H Fiji?? No idea what B&H is worth.
