I would like to see a source (website preferred) that has a historical listing of Interest Rates on a yearly or semi-yearly average before comparing this Bear Market with any other in regards to Interest Rates.

But I do see a test of the Nasdaq around 2700-2800 . Right now the Nasdaq is breaking below its 200 day MA.

Elizabeth, if you take a 10-year graph of the NASD and draw a "best fit" line, you end up smack dab on today's close. If trends mean anything, we aren't entering a bear market. Instead, we appear to be exiting a correction necessitated by a speculative bubble.

IMHO, if we aren't at the bottom yet, we're darned close.
