how about this, then: rather than looking for a single, global, CDMA tornado, might it not make more sense to look for the tornado pattern in, oh, national marketplaces where there is real competition among standards? If we do indeed find it there, then we can be confident it will occur where possible, and we can focus on identifying the giant bowling pins remaining and the things that might knock them over. I think we do this anyway, actually, but this would give us theoretical justification for doing so... tekboy/Ares@WoTanClan.com
