Carl, the nice thing about the turnips, they got no "Ego". When AMD went to $45 the first time, a cyber friend decided to short these, and my advice to him was to cover in the $40 to $45 range since taking out $45 would be a breakout signal (the record of these musing are on the "Steve's Chanelling thread"). This cyberfriend, not being inhibited by "ego" problems either, nor subscribing to the principle of losing money just to be right, covered and escaped unscathed. So, in answer to your question, no, I no longer hold that opinion. The recent behavior of AMD however, indicates potential topping (related, IMHO to the whole sector topping). I am staying bullish on AMD as long as it does not close below $75, and will become aggressively bullish, once it goes to a new high.
