It can't but can do a lot by staying on top of Chinese troop movements and doing some diplomatic handtwisting..

This is what scares me. Albright involved in some way. Last time during the routine diplomatic negotiation BS, she raised the stakes so high we had to go to war against Serbia to back up her crap (and conveniently, to turn attention away from the impeachment and allegation that the ssitting president of the US is a rapist)

Will China enter a neuclear war? I wouldn't put it past some of the middle eastern countries but I doubt if China will risk it.

I agree completely....the mainland Chinese would never be so stupid. The object of an invasion would not be to conquer Taiwan but to make a point.
