S.W, CCCZ is going to be very Volatile as investors have... trouble understanding the ramifications of the deal... I personally see a potential share price in the coming months of between $2.00 and $2.50... Time will tell but the CEO owns 1.2 Million shares and he must have figured that the deal was worth substantially more than 80 cents/share... In any case, it's not that easy to do a Reverse Merger of a shell without Assets, whose value has been pushed up by an over-anxious market, to a Market Cap of some $11 Millions... I know of far cheaper shells... JMHO, F. Goelo + + +
