Most underrated information by far: the balance sheet and cash flow statements. 9 times out of 10 if a company is a time bomb waiting to go off, it will be reflected in one of these two statements before it appears on the income statement, and often the market does not properly discount the problem.

More generally, I would agree with you, the 10-Q, 10-K, and proxy statement contain a wealth of information and few investors make proper use of them.
