About time Gilder had his butt kicked. You might see some references in that UWCC release that have been often thrown out for discussion here. Me thinks the words "self proclaimed" were key...

I mentioned the word "bought" in one of my earlier posts today, thought I'd reiterate it. (Only because it is my 'word of the day' you understand!).

Perhaps Gilder and Vigilante also forgot that HDR incorporates Time Division Multiplexing to improve its performance on the downlink side.

The slower speed (384kbps?) reverse channel (uplink) is CDMA but the high speed (2.4mbps optimistically) forward channel (downlink) incorporates TDMA technology? Will wonders never cease.
