When a company like Cisco comes out with an excellent report and can't rally - and in fact moves down at already lower prices from the high...

all you can say is:

The one bit of good news is that the BPOTC turned negative yesterday. Since it is batting 1000, since the beginning of the year, for giving buy signals at the absolute worst time to enter the market and sell signals at the bottom, I see no reason to believe that this time is any different. I will look for some bottoming action and start nibbling....maybe (I am feeling pretty bearish now though *contrary indicater alert*)
