Actually, as I read the announcement, the Enel price could be as high as $48, which is 110% of the maximum applicable closing price average. I guess we will have to wait for further clarification, but should we be concerned about any part of the deal if the price actually exceeds the apparent cap? John

Thank you very much for the additional information you posted below regarding the announcement. I read the announcement as you do, that the actual purchase price will be in a range between $29.0950 and $43.6425, depending on the ten day trading range prior to closing.
