Re: Buyback

Since the stock already has a ripe history of manipulation with the low float, don't know if that would be a solution. On the other hand, share buybacks are a vote of confidence. If the annual meeting were held today betcha it would be a prime topic. Don't think there would be much gushy complacency any more. Russ got his plaque from the shareholders, and perhaps felt that it was a sign that the current direction was just peachy and nothing bad could happen. The market has obviously disagreed in spades. Now down 65% from the high and deteriorating along with everything else, making the predictions that GNET "does it own thing" and may not fall in sympathy look pretty darn bad.

Bullish market consensus reading: this is interesting.

Exactly, we will see who the corporate LEADERS are by their ACTIONS not WORDS, and a BUY BACK by the INSIDERS or the COMPANY itself is required to qualify as leadership if anyone else is to follow. he same is true of every other company out there. They have the power to stop the Fed Dead in its tracks, and bring the market back to its previous values, and that is needed if there is going to be ANY HIGH TECHNOLOGY MARKETPLACE left surviving in the US. Capital Flight is a LAW of World Economics. Capital goes where it is protected and prospers most. That is competition in the world financial markets plain and simple. NEVER STAND IN FRONT OF A SPEEDING DOLLAR BILL.

If I'm not mistaken the stocks you're referring to, are the ones that they had to sell to PA to satisfy the deal, so it wasn't a case of selling to take a profit!

They should buy back WITH THE $126 MILLION they put in THEIR pockets! not the companies war chest...
