Click on the chain-link symbol. You might need to save your workspace first. I don't use option chains, but the couple of times that I brought them up, just to try them, I had to re-open my workspace. That may be obvious to you, but wasn't to me. FWIW.

SI is very slow today for me.

Right click on quote sheet to bring up the quote sheet menu, select Symbols, select Option Chains...at least in V3.1Bld2. Somewhat reliable to find roots & strikes. Prices, volume and pretty much all other data are unreliable.
