Ray you are right. One must only look as far as one's headlights will allow. In 1987 and 1990 investors bought real estate. That second home they were thinking about, well they did take their money out of the market and boutht that house for cash. Interest reates were meaningless.Right now there is no worry about the economy as Greenspan has the spigot wide open with money. If he makes the mistakes that were made post WW1 and 1930 respectdively we are in trouble. He is much too smart however to allow that to happen. Stick to the NYSE as we have outlined for two months. T
