Lets say Icahn got his at 43. He invested 15 million right? Thats 348,837 shares. At two bucks for a yes vote he makes a cool $697,674. Now to me that sounds great! But somehow I don't think it is what Icahn has in mind. :)

Absolutely not given the risk of what will happen to the Veritas nuclear waste between the time you vote and the time you can sell the waste. Especially in this market. Can you believe Soros loaded up on the stuff?
