ah, okay, i see what you mean.

i will say this about rap. it is vital music, in that it is embraced by many as their own. it matters not that you or i may think it sucks, or has no redeeming qualities. as dylan would say (though about love)... it can't be denied. rap means so much to so many. and i bet it is felt deep within, just as some of the music you love is written on your soul.

hey! speaking of turning up the car radio LOUD!.... here are two candidates that always elicited that reaction from me

You say that you love me (say you love me)
All of the time (all of the time)
You say that you need me (say you need me)
You'll always be mine (always be mine)

I'm feelin' glad all over
Yes I'm-a glad all over
Baby I'm glad all over
So glad you're mine

and, by the same CRASHING group....

(I'm in pieces, bits and pieces)
Since you left me and you said goodbye
(I'm in pieces, bits and pieces)
All I do is sit and cry
(I'm in pieces, bits and pieces)
You went away and left me misery
(I'm in pieces, bits and pieces)
And that's the way it'll always be

i used to love watching these guys, like on ed sullivan. dave clark always had his drum kit out in front, or way up high! remember that?

:)
